Meet Felicia
Felicia Henderson has long been drawn to architecture, interior design, and real estate strategy. After studying Kinesiology at SFU and Interior Design at BCIT, she gained hands-on experience working alongside a seasoned real estate investor overseeing a large portfolio of long-term rental properties in Vancouver.
Nearly a decade ago, while travelling abroad, Felicia began exploring the potential of short-term rentals through her own property. That experience sparked a deeper interest — not in operating accommodations, but in understanding how thoughtful design, strategic positioning, and strong guest systems could dramatically influence booking performance.
Over time, Felicia combined her background in design, real estate exposure, and hands-on listing experience to found Georgia Properties in 2019 — a Vancouver-based short-term rental consulting and marketing company supporting independent property owners.
Today, her focus is helping licensed hosts strengthen their listings, improve guest experience systems, and build sustainable direct booking strategies through consulting and marketing expertise
